Yes. We deliver and pick up to all Orlando and Kissimmee área Hotels and vacation homes. Disney area Hotels requires a in person drop off and picking up.

Tour Mobility Rentals has free delivery and pick up to Orlando region (except airport).

We offer a Damage Waiver during Booking process. This is a non-refundable, one time fee per Booking and covers any damages to the equipment while in your possession.

Any cancellation requested before 48h of delivery schedule time will be 100% reimbursed. Any reservation that is cancelled within that 48-hour time frame, will be subject to a one-day rental fee.

Our scooters can run on a single charge up to 15 miles, depending of the weight and the way of driving. We recommend a 6 to 8 hours charge before use the scooter.

We recommend to keep the scooter away from water. If the components inside were exposed to the rain, it will cause to seize up untill all components be dried out. This is not covered by Damage Waiver.
