I was over the moon surprised that not only it fitted my car, it was delivered and picked up at my house. The process was easy and very convenient. I used it for Disney we did 2 parks one day and I had almost all the battery charge by the end of the day. The electric 4 wheel I rented had great speed, was in pristine condition and it was so easy to assemble and use. I was a very happy camper. Customer Service is great I will definitely come back.

Modern, new mobility scooter. Was waiting for us at our hotel when we arrived. I received a what’s app message to let me know it was ready and waiting for us, along with a photo.
Communication was great. They were happy for us to leave the scooter in reception of our hotel at the end of the rental, we didn’t need to wait to meet on collection. Made everything so easy. Battery life was excellent and long lasting. Would definitely use again, competitive pricing 😄

Had scooter for two weeks going round Disney. First time I had a three wheel scooter & I found it very easy to maneuver. Was very reliable never let me down. Used it every day all day with no battery problems. Delivery and pick up were done as notified. Would highly recommend.

Excellent customer service! I booked a wheelchair at 12pm with same day delivery to our apartment at Storey Lake and collection from Animal Kingdom Lodge 9 days later. Rafael contacted me less than an hour after booking to offer an earlier drop-off if we wanted that, and he arrived on the dot to the apartment. He messaged the day before collection to confirm collection point at AK Kidani Lodge and when I arrived 5 minutes early, he was there waiting. Brilliant service and competitively priced too. I would recommend this company.

Such a great company providing wheelchairs to rent in orlando! They dropped off and picked up promptly and communicated really well when we asked to change the times or location. The price was really great for 2 weeks and it definitely saved us lots of time and effort and money renting from the parks every day. We were able to wheel my mother in law around idrive too which saved us getting more taxis. The chair folded up and we were able to fit it in uberXLs throughout our trip, take it on the shuttle busses to the parks and through the ride queues. I recommend this service and will definitely use them again for our next trip.

Highly recommend!! When I found Tour Mobility on a Google search I was a little uncertain because the business seemed new. The price was significantly lower than all the other companies I checked, which had me thinking "is this too good to be true?". Glad I took a leap of faith because we got a great little scooter for Disney at a low price. Drop off and pick up were prompt and we got a thorough explanation of how to use the scooter. We will be renting again for sure!!

I rented a stroller and a wheelchair, both of them were had great quality. The prices were the best compared to other companies and the service was wonderful.
I strongly recommend them.

I decided to rent a scooter From Tour Mobility rentals for my mom to get around the Disney and Universal parks. The website was very easy to use and book on. The owner, Rafael was very personable and easy to work with. He was on time for delivery and went over all aspects of breaking down and setting up the scooter, including charging it. It was very nice to deal with a small business and its owner. Customer service was definitely a priority of his. I would highly recommend anyone else using his services for renting a scooter, stroller, wheelchair, or crib. We will definitely be using Tour Mobility In the future.
