Damage Waiver Terms and Conditions
At Tour Mobility Rentals, we offer an optional Damage Waiver (Insurance) to protect you from potential repair costs due to accidental damage during your rental period. Below are the terms of our Damage Waiver:
What is Covered:
- Accidental Damage: Coverage includes minor damages such as scratches, scuffs, or dents.
- Mechanical Issues: Any mechanical issues not caused by user negligence (e.g., motor failure) will be covered.
What is NOT Covered:
- Loss or Theft: The waiver does not cover lost or stolen equipment.
- Intentional Damage: Damages resulting from misuse, reckless handling, or intentional harm.
- Water Damage: Damage caused by exposure to excessive water or liquids.
- Missing Parts: Charges may apply for or missing accessories (keys, chargers, rain covers, etc.).
Cost of the Damage Waiver:
- The Damage Waiver is $15 per rental period, added to your daily rental fee. This one-time payment will cover any minor damages during your rental period, as outlined in the coverage section.
How to Opt-In:
- The Damage Waiver is optional and can be added when booking your rental. If you choose not to opt-in, you will be responsible for any repair costs resulting from damages incurred during your rental period.
Reporting Damage:
- All damage must be reported immediately upon return. Failure to do so may result in additional charges.
