1. Overview

By enrolling in the Tour Mobility Rentals Commission Program (TMRCP), Affiliates / Travel Agents (“Affiliates”) are granted the ability to provide discount codes (COUPON CODES) to customers and receive a commission for each successful referral. The program is designed for affiliates to promote Tour Mobility Rentals to their passengers and earn rewards for successful bookings.

2. COUPON CODES

Tour Mobility Rentals will provide valid COUPON CODES to the affiliates. These COUPON CODES must be used for discounts at booking and/or affiliate referral identification.

3. Commission Structure

• Commission Rate: Affiliates will earn 15% of the total booking amount. For example, if a customer pays $100, the affiliate will receive $15 from our margin.

4. Payment Schedule

• Payment Frequency: Commissions are paid every Monday (or the next business day) for rentals that were completed (both picked up and dropped off) during the previous week.
• Payment Method: Payments will be made via bank transfer to the account indicated by the affiliate upon registration.

5. Enrollment Process

• Application: Enrollment in the TMRCP requires an application, which will be subject to a thorough review. Approval is not guaranteed, and applications will be evaluated based on alignment with the program's goals and standards.
• Notification: Applicants will be notified of their approval status once the evaluation process is complete.

6. Limitation of Liability

By enrolling in the TMRCP, affiliates acknowledge and agree that Tour Mobility Rentals is not responsible for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages that may arise from participation in the program.

Tour Mobility Rentals reserves the right to modify or terminate the TMRCP at any time without prior notice. Affiliates will be notified of any significant changes, and continued participation in the program constitutes acceptance of those changes.

Bookings without affiliates COUPON CODES will not be considered for commission payments.

7. Termination of Program Participation

Tour Mobility Rentals reserves the right to terminate any affiliate’s participation in the TMRCP at its sole discretion, with or without cause, and at any time. Grounds for termination may include, but are not limited to:

• Violation of Program Guidelines: Failure to comply with the terms and conditions of the program.
• Misrepresentation: Any form of fraud, false representation, or misuse of COUPON CODES.
• Inactive Participation: Extended periods of inactivity or failure to generate referrals.

In the event of termination, the affiliate will be notified, and any outstanding and future commissions up to the date of termination will be paid out, provided they are in accordance with the program’s payment schedule and guidelines. In this case, the COUPON CODES will be cancelled for future usage.
